We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.

All return shipping cost, customs fees and import charges must be covered by the buyer.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return shipping address.

Items must be unused, in original packaging for inspection.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days, no return required, we will process full refund.

We also offer partial refund option, you can keep the item without shipping back.
