We want you to be happy with your MYCOFABLE purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact Mycofable@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs. We may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country. Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have additional cancellation and consumer protection rights.

Customized items, personalized items, final-sale items and products damaged after delivery due to improper handling may not be eligible for return.
