Shipping policy

At MYCOFABLE, we prepare each order carefully and aim to dispatch in 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
European Union: 7–15 business days
Other destinations: 10–25 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, holidays, weather, carrier delays or incorrect address information.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been dispatched.
Customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, VAT or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.
If your package appears damaged, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
